Sub/Amp Question...
Does the Kenwood KAC-929 have enough power to run 2 10" JL Audio W3 Subwoofers?
Heres more info on the KAC-929 Amp:

Heres more info on the JL10W3:
http://www.jlaudio.com/subwoofers/10w3.html
The KAC-929 is 150W x 2 but if you run it @ 2 ohms, it is 230W x 2.
I wanted to make sure that is enough to run those subs.
Thanks,
-Nick

the amp is near the bottom, do a search for the stats on it, i dont think its working on that page. goodluck
It will do ok. Look for the JL 500/1. Much better amp. If you are getting the Kenwood run the amp at a 2 ohm load STEREO. The Kenwood is NOT 2ohms stable bridged mono. Look at the thread on the Audio/Electronics section, I work for a stereo store here in sunny California and can work out deals for Maxima.org members. What kind of price range are you looking at?
