Looks good so far. I agree...we need more install pics on the org. Looking forward to see how it turns out....

Edit...i like the arc piece where you're putting it.

Also, you got any pics of the finished install that qualified you for finals? Where's finals being held for USAC?

And good luck!

Thanks BBoystevie, Finals are here in Kansas City this year, lucky me they are on our front door.

I get all the inside on this whip. I see it coming together first hand. This thing will definaitely be a labor of love. The concepts and designs will hopefully set him apart from all the crazy installs that will be at finals. This is pure class. The pictures are just a teaser.

Not sure if he otherwise has mesh or what, but rules state if a judge can touch a ball point pen to a speaker or surround in a cabin, it's a point deduction. I gave the rulebook a quick lookover and it doesn't look too different from IASCA. Gonna look over them more closely later and try to build my car for both, so if there's any of those comps around here I can go. Driving 5+ hourse for one comp a yeah isn't giving me the amount of judgine I need to get my system as good as I want. At a quick glance, USAC looks like it give a few more points for "showyness" and a lil less comparatively for SQ. I'd love to see a scoresheet if you knowof where theres a copy posted on the net....

Install looks great. Can't wait to see the final product...

Manny I am on the fence about the Heatwave I can't make up my mind. One minute I want to go the next i don't. It is a long drive I will have to make a decission by the end of the day. I think it would be good for me if I did go.
