they fit fine. they just look like there angled but there fine.

yeah there shouldn't be any holes when the baffles are bolted in place (unless your 93 door is different than my 89...which i highly doubt...)

humm theres no way that they could be flipped the holes wont match up. This waz a Bose system not the normal one so idk. The speakers are Clairon

Maybe, they looked angled because of the lighting??? The lighting might make it look like the holes are there too, when they are really not. -just a theory

that is wierd. i looked at the template i made for the baffles for my third gen, and he has them facing the correct way. the flatter side should be facing towards the front of the car.

on another note, if those aren't sealed yet, you should definitely seal them before putting them back on. when i removed my first set a couple of weeks ago, they were all warped and looked rotted.

nope. the one in the middle is definitely the hole for the speaker opening. the bottom one is just an indentation.

i think i solved your problem. on the driver's side door, there are two holes in the upper right corner. you probably used the wrong one. switch over to the other one, and the holes will hopefully realign.
