I got a neg

feedback that is...

Buahahahahahaha based on some REALLY funny ****, that a few people here know the story behind.

Any ways to summarize it was from...Elvito...yup the one that wanted DLS Iridiums and to run em off a Sony HU. I know you regs remember this.

Well his irritation began when I supposedly took too long to do his install, but as we all remeber, he changed his mind like most change their drawers about the HU. His original was then return to order the lower model.

Then I had to wait for him to get his door panels, which I did. He finally got em and called me about 6:30PM on a Tuesday and said, well Im gonna come up Thursday morn....Whoa way too short notice for a semi large job. I also told him to call me the following week and well get it done. He never did and claimed I was to call him...eh Ok maybe I did, but seriosly doubt it as alot people know I can easily get sidetracked and I inform everyone of that.

He then demands that I Refund All of his money. I graciously declined as it is my policy and always has been. Shared with 99% of independant retailers across the globe. I mean what am I, Best Buy? He of course disagrees and states that Everyone gives Cash Back refunds especially if unsed. Sorry 18yrs in the industry I have not seen One person, Ever.

So after relentlessly trying to convince me that refunds were normal he agreed to just have me ship him the products. BUT Not without DEMANDING and in a threatening manner that I "Better send it all Overnight for Saturday Delivery". Again declined but shipped it Monday.

I then told him that I could grant him a partial refund Just for the labor that he paid for. Apparently patience is not with him as he chose to wait no longer and decided to give me a negative rating, with a simple follow up of "Forget it then".

Just wanted to vent, as Im sure hell chime in with more BS. But in well over 4.5 Years Never once did I get a negative, so yes Im gonna air it out...

If only 1% of your customers have complaints and the rest are very satisfied, I think thats pretty good. Nobody can doubt your knowledge in car audio, experience, and integrity. Very very very few other retailers that I know of actually have such a selection of actual good produsts avaliable (most have NONE) and at reasonable prices. Uhh I think you and I can both get testy at times, but I'd never and have never hesitated to recommend you and the stuff you sell.

I understand your need to vent when your pissed too....

But Steve the part that I HATE is having one at all, not to mention the fact that alot of it is based on BS. Nilesh knows Exactly what Im referring to.

I do my best to accomodate everyone and yes I wholeheartly admit to forgetting or missing some people on occassion.

Some individuals just don't get it, try as you might to help them.......

The guys here know that you are a cool person to deal with. That undeserved negative does not change that. I look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

Also forgot to mention I called him on his instant turnaround and he reluctantly admitted to it being on his part the change of faith.

I questioned him basically saying " I dont feel that youve been honest with me. You made a Huge deal about getting and having top of the line products even to the extent of poking other members, then all of a sudden you want money back. Not installed by me or anyone else. I think theres alot to your story that your not telling me."

He simply replied with " Yes your right, I ran into money issues and just need to have the cash back."

For this crap I get a neg?

Please note: This is not Verbatim.

I've found you very informative and knowledgable of your products, and I havn't even bought anything from you (YET!!). This sounds more like a big ol' scam to me. How can he blame you for forgetting something when you get God knows how many e-mails, PM's, calls, local business asking you a million questions.

I appreciate the support, but it was even about that. In the end result he found himself in need of money again and decided to shift the blame.

I know, some people just like to put the blame on others to make themselves feel better. You did what you could to help him, but he didn't really accept the assisstance, so it's his lost.
