Adding aftermarket HU

In my 06 SE with no Bose. I assume the MEtra 70-7550 is the wiring harness I need to connect the factory wiring to my Clarion HU? Also will I lose any functions of the AC or anything other than the stereo controls on that screen/computer??

You will also need to get the dash kit from Metra (EBAY) All the functions and the info screen work fine afterwards...there's just a blank are in the top left where the stereo display used to be and the "dead' buttons on the dash of which I've forgotten they're even there!!
( not sure if your Calrion Hu is a DVD player as well but you might as well move the info screen down below and add a screen above like I did while you're at it!!)

Thanks for the reply, I have the Metra kit as well, scored it for $29 off of installer.com . Clarion unit is just a regular HU so I will just keep my info screen where it is for now. BTW how did you get your infor screen blue and white?? Mine has the ugly *** yellow display.
