Warranty on Pioneer Deck

I just bought this decktoday and I also got the 1yr warranty on it, so if anything happens I get a free one. So I was wondering if nothing happened within a year, can I somehow do something to it so that I can get a new one? I want to make those $30 worth it!

With electronics it's very easy to see if it was user induced failure just by the patern of things.........

I've owned two pioneers now (both premiers), one for over two years and it's still running strong.

I bought it from Audio Express, I guess I shouldn't try to get a new one then?

You have to be kidding me? This is fraud, and they would probably deny your claim. I hope that your HU goes bad a week after the warranty expires unless you change your ways.

Aren't you the guy who had the problem with the 8600? Why didn't you just get that repaired? It's a MUCH better unit than the 3800.

hey man, your head unit probably has a one year warranty from pioneer, so if your extended warranty really does end in july 07, then i think you just wasted your money....

Hey... that's what I am!!! I had an Xplod amp... it was 1000 W. Well the more current version was 1,200 at the time. The employee at Best Buy... tells me to hook the power to the ground... and the ground to the power, and turn my car on for 2 seconds. The next day.... I had a 1,200 W amp...

Your proud of this? Good thing you bought a crap amp to begin with, any reputable one would have been fine.

You are just like a friend of mine and I really lkie the guy aside from this trait. He goes out of his way to "milk the system" and it really annoys me. If it doesn't break great, why try and get something more out of it? Why are you entitled to a new deck? Because you bought a $30 warranty?

Power, penny, poof.

You didn't hear it from me, but it's AudioExpress, so who cares.
