Great deal on AVICD2 from Crutchfield

You get with it a free Pioneer AVIC-S1, which you can sell on eBay for ~400. That makes $1250-400=$850 for the D2.

Does anyone have one installed in a 5th Gen? Are there any gaps when installed with a GXE kit?
