Video bypass toggle for alpine

I just got my Alpine IVA-W200 and am trying to install a toggle switch as well as a switch for the brake. I have the toggle switch grounded for the yellow/blue wire. I also have it set up the same way for the yellow/black wire for the brake. It is not woring this way, can someone help me with this problem?

I got it figured out. I had to supply power to the yellow/black wire and not have it as a ground.
