I have an '04 Maxima SL and was wondering about my options when it comes to an alarm and more importantly... remote start.

1) Do after market alarms account for the memory seat and mirrors so that my wife and I can still regain our settings by unlocking the doors with the fob? If so, what alarm would be best for this?

2) Would it be possible to install a remote start and have it use the panic button on the factory remote? I would love remote start but don't really care about the other alarm features and I don't want two fobs. I would love it if I could just keep everything else the same and use the panic button to start the car.
