Subwoofer questions
I have a budget of about 150-200.00 to spend on new subs. My friend was supposed to sell me his RF 3002 amp and both 12in P2 subs for 250.00 but he backed out. I am not sure if i should go one or two 12's, maybe a diff size, etc. He wants 100.00 for the 3002 with the remote gain still and i will most liekly buy it unless the guru's here tell me otherwise.
My plan for a box is to build a wall along the back like many on here have done and screw the amp onto it. So im open to subwoofer suggestions. I have a kenwood KDC-4000 (think its a 4000) HU but i intend to keep it on account of my budget and my sirius tuning box.

ok it doesnt say, but im assuming that amp does 300w bridged.
with your budget, and that amp anyways, id pick up a sub like this:
http://www.soundsplinter.com/rli_ign...r_drivers.html
unless you're looking to go bigger, like a single 12? cus it would be tough to get 2 12s at that price
the SS rl-i series subs get great feedback all the time. ill let 96blackmax chime in.. (i think it was him who had one)

ok, an rl-p then. but they require more power than that amp: http://www.soundsplinter.com/rlp_pre...subwoofer.html
id say that, or Ascendant Audio has some great subs for cheap.
