how to play dvd on oem 2k2 navi

i saw this thread a while ago and seem can't find it now
need a new project this winter so i won't get bored

Here's a post where I mentioned how to get it done. Involves some rewiring that the guys at P&L did. But it works fantastic!

2k4 is easy

Much easier on the 2k4 and up!
A small RGB connector (4 wire splice I think) that you can get from http://www.tvandnav2go.com/ (ask for Dom - tell him brad sent you) and an audio mod and you are done.
