QUESTIONS FOR difrestyl?

I was told to get the Scosche OME Amplifier Adapter. But I no nothing about this!!!! What ever you think is the best. I basically want an in-dash DVD/CD/AM/FM RADIO(no nav, Ipod, etc). 6.5" screen is fine with me. I've pretty much decided on HU. What else do I need to install it. Or should I get someone to do it?

Im assuming you want to put this on a Bose system? Is that the reason for this thread?
If so, READ THE STICKIES. Car Audio FAQ, page 2, post by yours truly.

After you get your adapter, player, trim, take the dash apart, take out the Bose, etc. Will all the wiring just plug and play. I've done a lot of work on my cars, but never anything like this. Do they have an install in the stickies?

You're going to have to matchup the wires in the HU to the wires on your harness and splice them together.

Courtesy Parts shows the "center console ventilator ***"(GXE trim) as one piece. Is it?
