bose hu in non-bose car?

Is there an adapter or a way to wire a bose hu to a non-bose car without it sounding like total crap? Im happy with the way the stock system sounds (believe it or not) but I would like to upgrade to the in-dash cd changer which to my understanding comes only as a bose model. I like the stock look and am not interested in an aftermarket setup. Thanx in advance!

Anything is possible.

Realistically though? Nope. Youd have to swap the amp too, itd be a total nightmare.

Or you can put in the bose HU and add an amplifier and replace the oem speakers, technically you could use the oem speakers if you really wanted to, but you'd want something around 20 - 25wrms x 4 to accomplish stock quality sound.
