okay, i installed my new headunit and noticed immediately afterwards that my left rear bose speaker sounded like CRAP. when i isolate the sound to only that speaker with my headunit the sound comes out absolutely terrible and quiet too. So i figured the speaker was blown. and from what i understand there is the speaker and the amp that attaches to the bottom of it. well i bought a new speaker and attached it to the old amp and it still sounds the same.
do amps "blow"? can anyone tell me waht happened here?
i have a scosch harness to controll the output to my speakers so i dont understand why that one blew out.
i guess i gotta buy an amp now...if thats not it, i really have no clue.
