Don is it better to have the shock sensor on the body of the car or attached to a bundle of wires? i have it taped to this big harness under the dash. i was thinking of putting it high on the firewall, but it might be TOO sensitive?

curious on your thoughts on this...

IMO on the bundle Gordon. Its alot harder to make a frame move than it is for a bundle of wires.

oh? i thought the frame would transmit movement easier since any external disturbance energy would directly get transfered to the shock sensor.

nah, alot easier to move a bundle of wires than an entire car frame..when you just tap/bump/hit/smack/whatever the car..whats easier to move a bit..the frame or the wires?
