What does the car look like? Do you have a pic? An engine can be had cheap if that is all it needs.

I will def need a tripod. My hands shake. Wierd, but they always have. It only happens when I concentrate on something though. My uncle does the same thing.

I figure it's an IACV or something. The front driver door looks like it has a dent too :-/

Don't really have the desire to replace a motor or do any major work anymore :-/. It'd be nice to have a beater to kick around and not worry about dents at school and get better gas mileage and such.

It looks to be in pretty good shape. It wouldn't hurt to go kick the tires. I am sure if the idle is cranky, it will have a code. You could atleast have an idea of what it would cost to fix. The paint looks pretty good too.

I figured it was an expensive hobby, but so is audio, as long as it doesn't costs over 10K, I should be good.

well canon have other telephoto lenses that are cheaper, but not with the same quality as their L lines.

L lenses are freakin expensive.

damn school is raising tuition yet again! i remember it was $1500 for 12 credit hours back in fall of 02. now it's like $3700 avg for 12 hrs thanks to the state letting the schools control tuition (the state controled it for quite some time)

insane...

Yep. I pay $75/credit hour. Not too bad. The wife pays a significant amount more for grad school. We should both be done 2009.
