nope, unless you're strictly only believe in buddha himself (don't quote me on this though hehe). there's several alters of gods and goddesses within my temple.

some of the buddhist monks i know believes in other gods and goddesses...like Quan Yin...the Goddess of Mercy (your class might have mentioned her.)

 

epcot was cool too.

 

Actually Epcot was my favorite. Even as a kid, I remember spending all of my time there. It looks like it was windy when you went.

nope, we were near the french quarters...that pic was taken along the fence surrounding that lake.

 

OK, I know where you were now. My entire family used to go every year until I was about 10 or so. I have only been once since then.

 

yeah, had a badass time there. i wouldn't mind going again within another few years or so.

only thing i hate was the damn price for water in the parks. holy sh*t man...it was like 3.50 for a damn bottle of water. we bought a lot and took it to the park, but damn, we drank so much water while we were there. and when we're thirsty we gotta drink no matter what. that florida sun plus walking all day in epcot ain't no joke.

I know what you mean. They gouge people like a champ there. I have paid less for a 6 pack of Dove bars at Publix than I did for one bar there. That is actually why it has been so long. I just have other interests, like the rest of my life. I just have to not look at the prices when I go, I just hand them my Debit card and plan on spending a certain amount before I go.

 

That is my #2 favorite place there.

Ive had the past 3 days off work, and done absolutely nothing besides spend money. fuck. good thing its xmas and im gettin a lot of hours at work.

 

Days off are great...get so much crap done. I should REALLY start xmas shopping.

Ive heard that about many of you shops up north. We still only do a few a week...but then again its still like 70 degrees outside right now.

meh, not yet. weve only had a couple cold nights so far. our coldest nights are bone chilling to me though, i could never live in a cold climate, *** that.
