cd4000 with gps-105

I'm getting the eclipse cd4000 soon and was wondering if anyone has the gps-105? I can get it for around $100. Worth it?

For $100 its definately worth it, regardless of gps.

The cd4000 is going to cost around $300. Anyone have this setup?
