big 3 question

would using 8gauge do any good? i know youre supposed to 4gauge, and i have some, just those spade connectors for 4gauge are ****ing expensive. i mean, my lights dont dim too too bad so ide figure 8guage would help right?

incase you need to know my system is 2 12 alpine type E's and a 700watt apline amp.

4Awg, going with 8 is only replacing what you already have.

Also you want Ring terminals, not spades and theyre really not expensive at all.

1 700 watt amp? you really shouldnt need to do the big three. it would help, but it really probably isn't nessicary..

well my lights flicker when the bass hits so thats why i want to do it. everyone seems to thinks 700watts isnt much, but its deffinatly enough to make my mirrors useless and lights flicker. (and to you know-it-alls that are reading, please dont try to argue this...it happens to me every day/night)

About how many feet of wiring did you use? I plan on doing this myself as I got a new amp installed.
