I have a 800watt amp hooked up with a cap in the trunk. I want to put a 4ch amp under my seat it will only be 100watt a channel. Do I need to cap on that one to or will it be allright without it.

You can always use a power distribution block to split the power from the power wire on your amp in the trunk to the 4 channel amp. Then both amps could share the Capacitor. If the Cap is big enough, it wouldn't hurt for both amps to share, and that might save some $$$. That would also make it easier to install since you wouldn't have to worry about finding mounting space for an additional cap. I am currently working on wiring up my system, and I will have the subwoofer amp and four channel amp sharing the cap.
