Which sub for 200w and 1.0cf sealed box?

I have an old school PPI amp with an underrated 200w rms @ 4 ohms bridged. The amp will be in a 3 way setup with 2 channels powering the front components, and 2 rear channels bridged to provide the 200w.

Just looking for good sound quality within the car, I don't care to advertise to the neighborhood

Box doesn't have holes cut in yet, so size is still up in the air, but it came out to 1.0007 cubic feet. The box is only 19.75 inches wide, so it'll probably have to be a single sub. 19.75 width, 12.5 height, 7 depth (all internal dimensions), 3/4" mdf

Any recommendations?
