ok so i have a soundstream sub run off of a lightning audio amp( came free with the sub) and infinity components all the way around run off a soundstream amp... I love the sound it gives but on some songs the bass feels so off... the entire song its just a low rumble... i dont kno if im explaning this right but i like low heavy bass that isnt constant just a beet and for some reason i cant get that on my system... someone told me to turn my crossover all the way down but that didint realy help... can anyone help me on this?

 

sounds like bass boost. what is your head unit's boost set to?

 

what do u mean by bass boost

i have a bass setting from 0-6 and if i have it on 1 its less bass but still the loww rumble instead of the heavy beet

i also have a setting to turn the subwoofer up or down and no matter the setting it still lwo rumble it just gets louder or quieter

 

maybe a ground problem??
