Coincedentally I do, but usually not the case. Only because I have the shop (retail) and I have my marketing firm. Most cases its one or the other. Hence the reason Im always so busy.

eh, now i feel kinda bad about sending the arc back to ya. wife, two kiddos, and crazy business schedules...you don't need anymore on your plate . i wondered if IR coulda done the warranty, but eh even if they could i'd still be a little iffy...still have a sour taste in my mouth from the whole Germs incident.
