The melodic sound of a twin turbo inline 6 is music to my ears.

I understand it all too. I'm stuck for the next 6-8 weeks listening to my garbage stock setup because the metra dash kit for my 07 altima hasn't come out yet. It sucks big *****. But, like BigBoySteve said, it's gonna be all the more sweet when Don installs my Eclipse 7100, Audison LRx 2.9, and DLS Iridium 6.3s.

Something happened last December to the Eclipse and Diamond amp. I thought it was my fault, may have been, but who knows. There was no nonfader output from one side. So the HU I sent back to the "guy" I bought it from and the amp still needs to go back to the dealer I bought it from. They said they would honor the warranty. I had a loaner HU for about 3 weeks, but that left a few weeks ago, so roughly 6 weeks without music. I just took everything out. I hope Eclipse does me right and takes care of an exsiting customer.

At least you will be ABLE to have tunes, when I start driving the Bronco again, I don;t even know if I will be able to hear a stereo...

Still 600hp FTMFW- it will undoubtedly keep me entertained

Instant upgrade to your stereo = Don't listen to it for two weeks. You'll be amazed how sweet it sounds when you turn it back on.

Hello Rey Garcia. The next few weeks are going to be crazy with finals in all five classes. We need to plan to get together soon. It has been too long my friend.

As for my HU, it has been sitting in someones garage since February. So it looks like I am just going to have to buy another one. I can't wait 4-6 months to get my old HU back.

Start giving me suggestions.......

With screen? Without? In-dash? Flip-out? Standard single transport?

I want equivelent tuning options as were available on the 8455. A minimum of 5V pre outs, 3 of them. No screen. I don't think I can afford one at this point. So just a single disk CD player with the above requirements taken into consideration. And the ability to play any format CD's too. Memory stick optional.
