PAC kit same as Sosche kit?

Is that Sosche kit that Crutchfield sells just as good as the PAC kit to get an aftermarket HU to work in my BOSE equipped system?

Meh, I just ordered the Sosche kit from Crotchfield because it was $20 off with my HU order.
