Do you guys think the Big 3 would help more than the farad cap would? I haven't used a farad in a while and not sure how it compares, or should I use it in conjunction? I don't want to spend more money if I don't need to as well. All thoughts are welcome.

 

Big 3 hands down.

 

A cap helps you make use what you have.

The Big 3 increase what you have in the first place.

no cap at all, they're really quite useless.

 

ya i posted something a while back. read a bunch of electrical theory things and turns out the cap puts more load on your electrical system than it provides to the amp. something like 40% of the energy it stores is lost as heat when its released. it levels out the drain from the electrical system to more of a constant drain. but your also geting more of a total drain so your just bandaiding the system, if the lights would dim a lot now they will just be partialy dim most the time. do the big 3

 

'Big 3' = Useful and *could* help.

Caps = Useless marketing crap.

 

Caps just adds as an extra accessory and puts more unwanted stress on the altenator.

Makes me a sad panda when I see Unique put caps in systems on the show Unique Whips. They aren't as high end as they would have people believe.
