Does anyone know if it's possible to make that annoying beep on the stereo go away? You know the one - like when you push the "audio" button and adjust bass/treble etc. All of my aftermerket units have had a "disable".

Thanks!

Nope. Not possible. I ended up replacing mine with an aftermarket deck instead.

Actually, I think it is possible... however not that easy. You gotta open up the HU and find the beeper/buzzer on the PCB. Desolder this component and no more beeping.

I just thought about that last night, since the beeping seems to come from the head unit, not the speakers (like some aftermarkets).

Thanks!
