Music Program

Ok since Music Match Jukebox got bought out by Yahoo. My computer died and my backup has an older version I can't upgrade and right now Yahoo wants $20 to get there latest I'm looking at options. What does everybody else use and what's good/bad about them. Things I definately need is a rating system so I can remember what the hell was good. And be able to "burn" it to a USB jump drive, oh and looking up of the TAGS would also be a nescessity since I definately don't want to type things in after downloading them or ripping them. And also something that hopefully won't report "free" downloaded music.

i use winamp and itunes, both are realy easy to use. itunes has rating system, not sure about winamp..

itunes has 'top 25 most played' lists and 'recently added' which is nice... i dont think winamp has these. Both players have burners and parametric equalization.

Windows Media Player won't let me burn it right to a USB jump drive. I don't really like how it's laid out. I havn't used winamp in years I'll have to look at it again. As for Itunes I thought they were still kinda police-ing the music area making sure nothing is illegally copied and stuff.

I use itunes, but they kinda suck, they do police to much. The reason i use it is cause if my ipod its so easy to sync.
