Does anyone know what other year bose headunits will fit a 95 maxima. I would like to buy one with a in dash CD changer, but I don't know what the compatablilities are.

Also does anyone know why my rear speakers might have stopped working. They have a constant voltage to them and every once and a while sound will faintly fade in and out. When I turn the fader all the way to the back there is nothing. Is it something that is wrong with bose?

 

Believe the one from the 99 pathfinder had the 6 disc.

Why not just get an aftermarket unit with mp3 capability?

 

It's a pain in the butt to swap out and get the bose adapter. Also I like the clean look of the double din which is hard to get with most aftermarkets.

 

Yep, I originally thought the same way sa you did. However, it's not worthy to get an used Bose HU at the price you paid for, unless you can get a Bose HU fairly cheap.

Do more research, you will find that the so called "adapter" is pretty easy to work with. Good luck!!!
