Bose speaker replacement

My speakers are starting to go down hill. But I can't blame them, the car is 11 years old. While so many people seem to dislike the Bose system, I have never had any complaints about the sound. Anyhow with the speakers getting old and starting to tear and what not, is it possible to replace the speakers with bose speakers from more recent model maximas like 04 or 05 maximas, or any other nissan for that matter?

Thanks

I can't help you with replacing your car with other maxima's Bose speakers, but maybe think about upgrading to a whole new system. There are many available speakers out there for good prices. Since you are going to be replacing your stock speakers anyway, this is something to think about.
