Pioneer DEH-P8400MP --> Dead?
Pioneer DEH-P8400MP --> Dead?
The other day my head unit cut in and out a couple times then about a minute later completely died out.
The connections are good and the fuses are good. I went to Circuit City so they can test it, and they said they cannot get it powered up at all.
The head unit is a few years old, but is it normal for a perfectly working head unit to just die out of nowhere? Is there any hope for me here in fixing this or is this thing toast?

Thank you for the quick advice, a friend and I did some more research on it and we think that is the problem as well. I just bought it off ebay for $30, hope it works!
