Not sure if it's the same as my 99, but according to my 99 FSM, the colors are:
ACC - L/B (Blue with Black stripe)
BAT - P/L (Pink with Blue stripe)
Light SW - R/L (Red with Blue stripe)
ILL Cont - R/Y (Red with Yellow stripe)
Then there is a DIN cord connecting the deck to the box that connects to the speakers, antenna, etc.
The ground on the schematic does not have a color labeled, as far as I can tell. But usually ground is solid black, IIRC.

Note - There are alot of schematics for the various types of Bose stereo options, but I was checking the one for Radio/CD player.
Also - In case you're not familiar with the terms, ACC means power that is switched on when you turn your car on. BAT is constant power even when the car is off.

What harness are you using? There should be Power and Memory lead on it. The ground goes directly to chassis.

Semi-highjack: I am also in need of a color-code guide since I will be wiring a harness to hook up a Pioneer deck to my '03 (non-Bose).
