forget it. I will probably go with a local shop.

Don you really need to put your customers first....

you don't tell a potential customer that you're "busy" and also never answer the phone.

I know everyone on this forum praises you as some kind of god... but you don't have the best business practices. I don't know about you - but in retail I thought the customer always comes first.

Now I'm not mad about you not making me an appointment at the time I want... I perfectly understand that... No problem.

However - not returning messages, phone calls, etc - that's not right.

I don't see where Don is wrong here. He said weekdays before 6 or weekends. If you can't make yourself free during those hours, whose fault is that?

Not sure where you are coming from here. Ive answer you just about everytime you asked. We had an appointment at one time, but apparently my PM didnt get through to you. As for your available times .. 7-8PM that just wont work and I dont know many shops that it would for.

I also posted above ... either during the day or the weekend and left you with a choice. All you had to do is tell me when.

Seems as though Don has given you all the info you need you just need to let him know when you can come. I don't see why you would consider going to a local shop and possibly having your equipment fubar'ed or a SHAT install.

yea when you call someone 2 sometimes even 3 times a day (for about 2 wks [no not every single day im not a stalker lol]) and they never pick up.. or when they do.. they say they are too busy to go check and make an appointment it doesnt show a lot about customer service... I could understand it maybe once if you're really involved in an install.. but it happened 3 times.

whatever, no harm done... I just expected a little more from him

Did you fail to mention that of those times messages were not left, but once, maybe twice and calls were returned then? Feel free to speak your mind, I appreciate it, but at least include all the facts. if you dont leave a message - simply put - you didnt call.

Sorry Don... I think if I didn't leave a message... I called but didn't leave a message?

I actually left a message twice.... did you return my calls? no. So what was the point of leaving any more? I figured you never checked.

You said you called me back... but it's mysterious to me how I didn't get any missed calls nor any voice mail from you (wait.. you didn't leave a message so according to your logic... you didn't call?)

You're "supposed" phone calls are just as good as your supposed PMs which magically disappear.

Did you not read my post, I said didnt leave a message with the exception of ONCE MAYBE TWICE and what did you respond with ...well the Exact same thing I just said. And yes I did return them, in fact spoke to you one time when calling you back. Ive also given you numerous times that this could have gotten done and instead, you reply with bashing. Hey, feel free I find it humorous.

Now I am accused of lying? THAT is indeed funny. Remember Im running a business and a business that generates money what reason in the world would I have to LIE about calling or PMing. Please ...again humor me.

BTW ..my number usually appears blocked (through the phone company) so you would not typically show a missed call. Although Im probably just making that up too since Im obviously a liar in your eyes.
