hmm, shop owner just gave me a tracking number for the mids. they should get into town early next week.

now...why didn't he do this 2 weeks ago?!

got my mids and reinstalled them. i think i like the germ mids more than the hi-energy's. the hertz was a bit warmer which i like, but it was lacking some of the impact the germ mids gave me.

I am going to borrow your thread ....being that I had written about my experience in here.

I went to pick up the HU today that the lady from Eclipse had shipped out the a local dealer. I went in and swapped the HU's. To my surprise, the thing was a brand new unit. I was not expecting that at all. I would have been happy with a refurbished unit that was close to what I had sent in. So after all this, the outcome was a good one, and better than what I had expected. I was very glad that the lady was nice enough to actually listen to what I had to say, and was willing to work with me.
