I have someone who said they will buy my stock bose head unit. What is a reasonable price to sell it at? Its in perfect condition.

Maybe more than $10, it will just depend on how badly someone wants it. I wouldn't think the stock head units are in high demand, but if you can find someone whose stock unit died it would certainly be cheaper for them than buying from a dealership.
