So on a more positive note. I just ordered a pair of Havoc 12"s D.7's and a hoodie to match. So the construction on the doors begins tomorrow. New baffles for the mids, angles added. And a little grunt work on the sails to better angle my cal27's. Then I will throw in the ZX850.4 and start tuning. I am going to get a nice baseline on both sets of mids and learn the active network in the 880 before I throw the subs into the mix. Yeah, it may be a waste, but not to me. Woot! it will be close to 70 tomorrow so I can go outside and work.

I am holding off until Friday to order my router, if I do at all. I want it to do some roundovers and cut the speaker holes and port holes for the precision ports, but I need them to go on sale.

Welcome back BTW. We have converted the old Audio forum to the new/old style OT. Fortunately the Don was able to protect this safe haven for us.

So what's everyone's plans for the weekend? Tonight will consist of cleaning the fishtank, gutting the Max interior, and cleaning, cleaning, CLEANING before family comes over tomorrow for teh gobble gobble.

Thanksgiving morning I drop the Max off, sans dash, which is always interesting...

I gutted my interior too. Not to the extent you did. I hope to finish the new baffles for the mids and get all the wiring in to go active, install the ZX850.4 and get to tuning. Depending on how long that takes, I would like to possibly get the final dimensions for the new box put down on the 4' x 8' 3/4" MDF and order my ports.

Should be fun.

(repeat)

Looks almost stock with the exception of the audio.

I'll be upgrading my alarm soon.
