Siren Not Working

Recently i wired my siren up with my air horns.\ and everything worked fine. I had to push a 4ga wire through the wirefall where the other wires are for my amp and not my siren does not go off with the alarm. The siren does work with the horn as it did before. When i hook the siren directly to the brain of the alarm, it makes the 7 tone sound, only very low and slow constantly, like it never stops. Anyone run into this? diognosis?
