I just got a 95 Max and the Bose display only works occasionally and when it does it does for a small period of time. Is it a loose wire or something or do I need to buy a new deck or can it be fixed at some car audio store. I need help, I can't see what track the CD is on or the radio station I am listening to. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

ya..the connections on your deck have come unsoldered...you can fix this yourself real easily...all you do is remove your deck...then take the front face off(the display) then you'll see the loose connections...just resolder them and your set...but a word to the wise....Clarion makes these decks...and Clarion=$hit....so my recomendation is to buy an aftermarket cd player and put that in...and if you don't have the money now just fix the stock one for now..and save up!

mine did this, and then the CD became intermittent... i replaced it all with the BOSE adapter, and it sounds great (kenwood is a fav of mine) dont waste any more $ on bose... you'll be happier in the long run
