try this:

once everything is installed in the car turn all the gains on your amps all the way down. now turn up your radio volume 3/4 of the way. Adjust the bass to +2 and treble to +3.

Make sure that you 1st make sure that channels 1/2 & 3/4 of the amp is set to high-pass at a minimum of 120hz. If you go lower than 120hz this will make the speakers distort at higher volumes and possibly blow them. If you set the amp to high pass it will elliminate most of the bass/distortion to your highs. The MB should be fine power handling wise. As for channel 5, set that to low pass and run it around 80hz. This will make your sub IMHO sound the best, because you will get higher frequencies and very low frequencies as well, perfect for a 12". Face the sub to the rear for best bass response.

Now while the radio is turned up 3/4 slowly turn the gains up for the highs only. Id say set the fronts to a lil less than 1/2 way and the rears to 1/2way. now get back in the driver seat with all doors/windows closed, listen if the front and rear sound equal to each other, you want them set so that you cannot tell the difference between thew front and rear speakers, but you also want them to be loud enough for your taste. Once you have that set up go to the sub channel. Set that at 1/2 volume, get back in the car and see how you like it and make the necessary adjustments to your liking.

Just try and make everything balance with one-another. You should be all set.

goodluck!
