both amp and antenna stop working??

i dont know if i missed anything but, i just installed a new radio cause the old one took a ****, when i installed the new radio ( dual xdma6855) the sub and antenna worked fine for 2-3 weeks, but when i was driving i went over a speed hump and the sub went off.. but then came back on. So it was working fine until i was turning a corner to my house and it went on and off several times and then it cutoff, so i took apart my dash to figure out why it was not working, all the wires are attached, the remote wires for amp are connected, all fuses are good, amp ground is good, all wire are connected correctly.. so wats the deal

my stereo sounds like crap without lows

Hi. This is a shot in the dark but have you check the continuity on the remote wire from the HU to the amp. Maybe some how the remote wire got hurt.

Just a thought.

Good luck with the problem

sorry to jack thread/ amp prob

I still cant post for some reason, I have an amp cut off issue. I was looking at my amp (mrv-t407) and when it cuts off the protection light comes on, it makes a real high pitch squeak. I diconnected the rcas and no problem, connect the fronts and the problem comes back. The rears will play with out a problem. So then I decided to switch inputs at the amp so the front speakers play the rear sound. Works perfectly. I used the factory wiring behind HU to hook up front speakers do to the fact that it was next to impossible to run new wires to them. Do these factory wires change the impendance and I fried the channels?? Everything has been hooked up for almost 3 weeks with no problem. Am I gonna fry the other 2 channels as well? Please help was gonna drive to Nashville for titans game and dont wanna be riding w/o any tunes b/c I fried all the channels on my amp.
