Steering Wheel Controls

Hey gang. Just bought my first max on 10-22-01!!! I am going to be replacing the bose deck with my Kenwood Excelon 828. I have heard there is a way to still be able to use my steering wheel controls with some type of outside module. 1st whats the best one to have and 2nd where is the best location to place it out of the way??

Pacific Accessories Company

PAC SWI-3 is the model# you can order it from crutchfield.com, it's about $75-80 with shipping
the stereo place i talked to said it might not work for the 2k2 models, so just to be safe i'm gonna wait till there is one specifically for my car, all previous year models should be fine
good luck,
matt
