Look and actually function the same with the exception of a few two-way only features.

Did Don say soon? I think you meant tonight before 12:00am! I thought you were DEI authorized so you can buy Viper, Clifford, Python or whatever they make?

The Clifford is very nice!!!

Nah not nearly that soon.

No sir, you sign on for one of the three, then the 'side brands' come with it - Avital/Hornet/Valet/etc. I could order a Viper or Python piece here and there, but Im supposed to stick with Clifford.

I can get em all too, but according to contract your supposed to stay exclusive to one.

Don't HA me bish, at least I can make decisions. If you had any clout you would have some better products up there.

I should just order one...

I could finally just stash my car key in the car....

and just tote around the remote.. Instead of this Ginomous Volvo Flip out key...The friggin key/remote combo is bigger than the old DEI respoder LCD remote.. by ALOT..

Then to wire up the starter kill with an input comming from the window switch..

What's the range on the 2-way remote? My Automate alarm only seems to be about a quarter mile or less. I can't remote start my car in the parking lot from my office. (we have a big office campus)

Same as the rest of the Responders ... About a quarter mile with exception to the SSTs.

Just got mine installed yesterday afternoon/night. WOW this thing has A LOT of features. I even gained auto windows up when I arm the alarm w/o ANY modules cause SOMEONE named don is f*cking good at his job. Another cool feature is the Smart Start (I think that's what they call it). If the temp gets below or above a certain temp in the cabin it will start up your car until it cools or warms up. Also, if the battery voltage gets lower than whatever voltage you set it at it will start up the car and charge it back.
The alarm is pretty amazing and the remote is just a bonus compared to all the other features. Only thing I WILL miss is the LCD from my Matrix 3.5 where I could check the status of the car (if I locked it or if it's still remote started) w/o pressing additional buttons.
Thanks to don for the Great Install and not trashing me too much about my rats nest under my dash.
