ACC wire in trunk?
#2
Normally a hazard/turn signal relay is located in the trunk. It's mounted on the wall between the spare tire well and the rear bumper. You'll have to pull the cover of that back wall off, and it's back there. I had my strobes in my old 4th gen hooked to that relay. When I hit the hazards the strobes came on.

Not if you pick the switched wire to tap into at the relay. I remember, because when I hooked up my strobes, one of the wires turned them on constantly, and the other turned them on when I hit the hazard button. I think there's another relay for it under the dash which might be linked to the turn signals as well.
The relay in the back I used because when I pressed the button on my keyfob for the car to lock/unlock, it would activate that relay for the turn signals as well, which in turn activated my strobes.
What are you connecting?

its not a matter of being lazy... its having the wiring as clean as possible. but i figured out i'm going to need a couple acc points so i'm going to make a terminal block under the dash.
air should be arriving today btw.
