How difficult is it to install a set of tweeters in the back on the rear deck just to add some extra highs? I just have the non bose with a single 12" sub in the trunk. Is it as simple as splicing them into the speakers that are already on the deck? Any help is appreciated on this.

 

they'll need to be crossed over properly or else they'll sound like poo. if you need more highs, i suggest upgrading your front speakers if you haven't already done so. i got the same gen as you, and the stock non-bose didn't really sound all that great.
