my sub stopped working

make a story short.

today my box (2 speakers) stopped working. It has power, all fuses OK, amp does not show any errors, double checked all connections. I didnt play loud so i dont think that i burned both speakers.

Any ideas?

either bad remote wire connection or the fuse up front under the hood went bad (even though it may look fine, the prongs can become detatched from the end caps)

if you have a factory head unit and you bought a high and low converter, check the wires you spliced and make sure it did not cut clean though the wire and...... that way it cuts the power to the factory amp thus causing the speakers to not work.... hope it works!

Answer

Are any of the subs playin....or jus one is not.....if one is and the other isn't there is a lil piece of wire inside the sub that connects the positive and negative. I think that wire has came loose and it has to be saudered back on
