Double Din TV with factory bose system?

Hey guys i have to ask a question , im about to get a pioneer avic d3 or maybe a eclipse av?? . My question is can I use the factory BOSE stock amp , is that possible ?

cause if i dont use the factory amp and use no amp it going to sound nasty
