Its an Esotar 330 large platform tweet (their former top shelf). The other is a 140/2 midrange, NOT a tweeter. It looks exactly like your 142 midrange, Not your tweeter.

LMAO!!!! Thats why I thought they were both tweets. I knew the 330 was a tweet but when I seen the size compared to the other, I thought it was too small in size to be the 3" dome. Thats a huge (whatever ascendantmax called it) on that high end tweet. Who is the lucky owner? Please dont say this is for you

Is that tweet from their high end home/professional loudspeaker line up?

(ie. this one http://www.gattiweb.com/images/dynau...T330d_data.pdf

Is that in a fair weather only vehicle or are you going to further protect that little dome?

The kicks in my winter vehicle get pretty salt crusted by the end of the season.

Yessir, one in the same. Nope, no more protection other than that. Thats how the customer wants.

Mounts tweets are since thats typically the only way to attach them. Look closely (grill removed of course) at the majority of available tweeters. The tweeter dome is only so large and quite thin.

ascendentmax, dont feel bad, I honestly thought that was like a grille protector for the middle part of the tweet...since it didnt have a grille to protect like the speaker next to it....

thanks for clarifying this for me guys
