i did a lil searching and read that 4th gen alternator puts out about 100 amps.. how much of that is available for an audio system? i was looking at this amp, and it has two 30amp fuses, so if i maxed it out, it would pull up to 60 amps.. will that kill the alt and battery.?? thanks..

Its not going to use any where near 60 amps unless you play sine waves all day...

Do the big 3, set your gains correctly and you should be fine...
