Some wiring help(not for audio)

I thought I'd post in here because it's sort of electronics related and I'd like the opinions of the experts here

I would like to point you to my thread in the 4th gen section:

Another Projector retro

My question is, if I add a capacitor to the low beam trigger-wire (the blue one in the 2nd diagram) would it allow an uninterrupted power-flow while the high-beams trigger the diode, which keeps the low beams on?

The problem is that if you use a diode the way I do, appearantly it causes the HIDs to "blink" which is bad for the bulbs. So the aim of this is to eliminate the "blink" and keep the power flowing.

Whatcha guys think?

it's worth a shot. in theory i suppose the light would draw from the cap for that brief instant. just make sure you get a big enough cap that's all...
