I installed a kenwood ws253 subwoofer and a 150w kenwood kac-629 into a mazda b-series pickup tonight. The install was for a friend, but something isn't right. The amp has power, i spliced the rear speakers and used the speaker level inputs on the amp, but now his stock reciever won't turn on. I checked the fuses, and they are all ok. I think the problem may have to do with the way I hooked the remote turn on for the amp. I wrapped it around one of the prongs on the fuse for the radio. Somebody PLEASE help me......!!
